Ivy is the Product Testing Director at WisageTech. In this capacity, she is mainly responsible for the management of QA (Quality Assurance) team and the whole workflow of product testing. At the same time, she is also in charge of product planning and release arranging and the coordinator with various departments (such as Department of R&D, Marketing, Help Desk etc.) to ensure that products can be delivered to clients with high efficiency and quality.
Ivy is one of the most influential core managers in WisageTech. With her rich experience in QA & Testing area, she significantly improved the efficiency of the product testing work and the whole product testing team. From daily work management to team building, Ivy always demonstrates high effectiveness. Moreover, in the management of testing cost and interdepartmental communication, she can always objectively weigh and balance all the influencing factors in complicated situations to make effective decisions.
Prior to joining WisageTech, Ivy has over 10 years of experience in software QA and testing area and more than 3 years of experience in project testing and team management. She has once held a position in the famous US company—Accenture (China) Limited, mainly responsible for outsourcing projects under the testing center centered on SIT. She has also held the position of Senior Testing Engineer in ALS, responsible for managing the testing work of the most important logistics system platform in ALS.
Ivy graduated from Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University with a B.S. degree in Computer Application. |
